I think I’ll stick it out another couple of weeks.How did you get out of your crisis episode when it occurred?When my anxiety/crisis kicked into high gear there really was no stopping it. Your body will tell you how sensitive it is to the difference. I haven’t had a crisis moment in about 10 days!

I dont think I've ever experienced this before and it's freaking me out. I'm hoping and praying that wk6 and beyond I see a jump in effectiveness because being anxious all day, every day is exhausting and stressful.So is it safe to say that a lot of people see improvements wk6 and beyond?I should also tell you that it wasn't zoloft alone that has helped me (although it has helped greatly). It has worked a dream!! It's truly one of the best decisions I've ever made to start taking this medicine.I'm on week 7 of 50mg zoloft and the last couple of weeks haven't been the greatest. i had my fair share of bad side effects, even wanting to come off of the stuff way too soon. this made me feel hopeful though :)This gives me hope. I am feeling way better and I don’t need zzzquil to sleep anymore.

I was on 12.5 for 2 days, 25mg for 3 days, 37.5mg for 4 days, and 50mg for 4 days before checking back in with doctor. i do still feel somewhat flatlined, which is why i do hope to come off of them eventually.but i’ve made changes in my life to help with those issues i once had, so that when my body is ready to come off of them i shouldn’t again experience the extreme lows i had beforehand.
The only thing i could do was to lay down and wait it out.I needed this post so much. Sertraline also comes in tablet form. I started enjoying my old hobbies. Social anxiety had improved but not much else.
Sertraline rated 7.3/10 in overall patient satisfaction. Usually very anxious in the mornings but by noon it was more manageable.
I would say 75% of the time during this week i felt happy and started becoming my old self again. Hey all.

I've been taking time off work as I just cant bring myself to go and its giving me anxiety because of it.Will I ever get some energy back? I had anxiety when I was very young which eventually subsided. After one week the Sertraline was increased to 50 mg daily. Maybe if you don't start feeling better by the end of this week you can bump it up to 75 or 100mg?Exactly the reasons I asked to be put on Sertraline. There was hope. If you’re even super worried u can try to cut it to do like 5 mg more ever couple days. But overall still very anxious and obsessive. The only side effects I had was diarrhea in the beginning of the first 25mg and then again with the 50mg increase.
Overall, i haven’t had any side effects besides the insomnia for the first 4-5 weeks.
At Christmas I was put onto sertraline 50mg and stayed on mirtazapine 15mg. I'm still having very anxious mornings and tension/anxiety throughout the day. No side affects whatsoever anymore.
