I take Vitamin D and B complex and a multi vitamin and mineral every day.Yes I'm sure the supplements are widely available, in chemists and supermarkets for example. Just shows we are all different I find the CiPLA brand gives me very few side effects.
I can't take NSAID's because thanks to chemo I know have ulcerative colitis. I started taking cod liver oil and glucosamine back in Feb and now am virtually pain free. You may have been borderline then, but have now tipped over the edge.As for the memory foam, never tried one, but don't like the sound of a mattress which memorises your sleep position as everyone moves about a lot whilst asleep so I can't see how they can work effectively.Hi Cat, I am taking Letrozole and my knee pain was unbearable.
