It's completely obtainable without Adderall, but it's 1000x harder than just popping a pill. Having taken mostly depressants before I started Adderall (to treat a brain injury) I was surprised by the intensity of the come-down when I first started. I have a shit diet, shit health, barely sleep and never exercise. If you have ADHD, I understand that fear of being dependent on adderall.
I go to school and 20min later I can feel it. some people seem not to need more than 10mg, if swim were one of those people, what would happen if I took 25mg? It will feel like it isn't working as well because the euphoria fades, but I've used Adderall for about a year and after adjusting to it I have never felt a loss in therapeutic value except when I misused it to stay up for about 40 hours (long story, but don't do that).
