I am not on any medication but working out, doing yoga and running along with a balanced diet has helped tremendously. I have noticed that when I first started to get them that I was so worried about something being wrong with me that if I didn't get 8 hours of sleep a day I would have one And I thought I always had to strive for optimal health and that feeling sluggish and tired was more than that and there was something defistantling wrong with me. I was on a small dose of Zoloft for a couple months, but I've since winged myself off.
